The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated shipping times
Europe: 3-15 business days
International: 10-30 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. If an order has been made without tracked delivery, I am not responsible if the item does not reach you. For silver jewelry or purchases over 100€ insured or trackable shipping can be arranged, please select the option at checkout.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delay due to customs.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item is sent or if the items delivered is the wrong size (applicable for rings only).
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery Ship item back within: 14 days of delivery.
I don't accept returns or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will be happy to help.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom and personalized orders
If you are ordering something that is made to order the processing time is up to 5 weeks. Please understand that my jewelry is handmade therefor all pieces can vary slightly. I think this is what makes handmade jewelry so special.
Care instructions
To make your jewelry pieces last longer you should avoid getting them wet in long periods of time and also avoid perfumes, shampoos and lotions etc to get in contact with your jewelry as this might leave stains. Know that silver jewelry always get a patina when you have been wearing them for a while, which can add beauty and an aged look. If this is not wanted, I recommend using a polishing cloth that can be found in most local jewelry shops. Pieces with gemstones should be handled with care since excess force or sharp objects to the stone might damage it.
